How to Delete Your Bunpo Account

If you would like to delete your Bunpo account and all associated data, you can do so using the methods described below.

Option 1: Delete from the App

You can delete your account directly within the Bunpo app:

1. Open the Bunpo app
2. Go to Settings (tap the gear icon)
3. Scroll down and tap "Delete Account"
4. Confirm your identity and follow the prompts to complete the deletion

Option 2: Request via Email

If you are unable to access the app, you can request account deletion by sending an email to help@bunpo.app with the subject line "Account Deletion Request". Please include the email address associated with your Bunpo account.

What Happens When You Delete Your Account

When you delete your Bunpo account, the following data will be permanently removed:

• Your profile information (name, email address)
• Your learning progress and history
• Your subscription information
• Any other data associated with your account

Please note that account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. If you have an active subscription, please cancel it before deleting your account. Deleting your account does not automatically cancel any active subscription through Apple App Store or Google Play Store — you must cancel the subscription separately through the respective store.

Data Retention

After your account is deleted, we may retain certain information as required by law or for legitimate business purposes such as fraud prevention. Any retained data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Processing Time

Account deletion requests made through the app are processed immediately. Email requests will be processed within 7 business days.
